Octopus AIM VCT 2 (GB:OSEC) has released an update.
Octopus AIM VCT 2 PLC has announced the issuance of 35,287 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.2 pence per share, which reflects the company’s current NAV. These shares, allotted to certain investors and Octopus Capital Limited employees, are set to begin trading on the London Stock Exchange around May 31, 2024. Following the issuance, the company’s total voting rights and issued share capital have reached 183,669,345 shares.
