OCI Global has announced the finalization of its divestment of a controlling stake in Fertiglobe to ADNOC, with the expected closure of the transaction on October 15, 2024. The deal, initially disclosed in December 2023, will result in ADNOC’s increased shareholding in Fertiglobe to 86.2% while maintaining a 13.8% free float on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
