OceanPal Inc., a prominent global shipping company, has successfully conducted its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 17, virtually. Shareholders approved the election of two Class III Directors and the appointment of Ernst & Young as the company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year. The company, which specializes in transporting a variety of dry bulk cargoes, is expected to continue employing its vessels on short-term charters after current contracts end.
