Ocado Group (GB:OCDO) has released an update.
Ocado Group PLC has announced the grant of nil-cost options to key management personnel including the CEO, Tim Steiner, and other executives as part of the Ocado Performance Share Plan 2024. These grants, which were approved at the Annual General Meeting, are part of the long-term incentive plans for executives and align their interests with those of shareholders. The transactions occurred outside of a regulated market on May 16, 2024.
