Ocado Group has announced that Morrisons will gradually stop deliveries from its Erith fulfillment center, allowing Ocado Retail to gain additional capacity as it nears full utilization of its current network. This strategic move aims to support both companies’ growth in the UK online grocery market by optimizing the use of Ocado’s technology and infrastructure. Ocado expects the financial impact to be neutral across fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
