Obsidian Energy Ltd. successfully conducted its 2024 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, with all resolutions passed, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor and the election of seven management-nominated directors. Furthermore, a non-binding advisory vote endorsed the company’s executive compensation approach.
