Obsidian Energy Ltd. has announced its 2024 Annual and Special Meeting for shareholders to be held on May 2, 2024, in Calgary, Alberta. Shareholders will review the 2023 financial statements, appoint auditors, elect directors, and participate in a non-binding vote on executive compensation. The company encourages shareholders to vote by proxy if they cannot attend and to review the Information Circular for detailed voting information.
