Observe Medical Plans New Share Offering

Observe Medical ASA (DE:OM5A) has released an update.

Observe Medical ASA has announced a private placement and plans a subsequent offering for shareholders not already allocated shares, subject to regulatory approvals and a prospectus accepted by Norway’s Financial Supervisory Authority. The offering includes a maximum of 32,500,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.40 each.
