O3 Mining Inc. has successfully completed an upsized ‘bought deal’ public offering, raising a significant $20.87 million, which includes the full exercise of the over-allotment option. The funds from the offering, which involved selling units consisting of shares and warrants, will be allocated to enhance the company’s assets in Québec and for general corporate purposes.
