NZ Super Fund Ups Stake in SKY Network

SKY Network Television (SYKWF) has released an update.

The New Zealand Superannation Fund (NZSF) has increased its stake in SKY Network Television Limited (SKT), buying additional shares to now hold 6.340% of the company. This move represents a significant increase from their previous holding of 5.216%, with the transaction involving the purchase of 1,547,223 ordinary shares for a total of $3,723,351.89. The Fund now beneficially owns and has the power to control the disposal and voting rights of millions of SKT shares.
