New Zealand Coastal Seafoods Limited has addressed the ASX’s concerns stating that no confidential information was knowingly shared, and the company is in the process of enhancing its Continuous Disclosure Policy to ensure compliance with the ASX Listing Rules. The Board is actively working to retrieve financial and operational records from its subsidiary, NZCS Operations Pty Ltd, following the appointment of a liquidator and the termination of the Christchurch Production Facility’s lease, which was not deemed material to the company’s overall business.
