NWS Holdings Limited has announced the completion of its acquisition of GCD4 LLC and Goodman Chengdu Developments No.4 Limited, with the final payment adjusted by a leasing assurance amount of approximately RMB3.6 million. This adjustment was based on the leases secured during the 12-month assurance period following the acquisition’s completion on January 12, 2023. The company confirms that all obligations under the leasing assurance have been met, with further details to be disclosed in the annual report to shareholders in October 2024.
