Nvni Group Limited has announced the resignation of board member Roberto Sahade for personal reasons, which was not due to any disagreements with the company’s practices. To succeed him, the company appointed the seasoned IT executive Marco Antonio Leone Fernandes as an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee, effective immediately. Fernandes brings over 25 years of experience in the industry, with significant leadership roles at companies like Micro Focus International and CA Technologies.
