Nuwellis (NUWE) has issued an update.
Nuwellis, Inc. has decided to terminate its At The Market Offering Agreement with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., effectively stopping the potential sale of additional common stock shares through this avenue as of July 9, 2024. This move comes over a year after the original agreement date and is based on the stipulations outlined in the agreement itself. This termination means Nuwellis will no longer have the option to sell its shares to the manager under the previously established terms.
