Nuvei Corp reported a significant increase in its financial metrics for the third quarter of 2024, with a 27% rise in total volume and a 17% increase in revenue year-over-year. The company also announced a cash dividend and is in the process of a take-private transaction by Advent International, valuing Nuvei at approximately $6.3 billion. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter, potentially leading to the delisting of its shares from major stock exchanges.
