The raise, backed by Australian investors including the company’s largest shareholder, comprises a Loan Notes Placement and a Share Placement, both subject to shareholder approval. These funds are intended to increase the company’s retail distribution beyond Walmart, grow its product portfolio, and drive operational efficiencies toward sustainable cash flow and profitability.
