Nuran Wireless (TSE:NUR) has released an update.
NuRAN Wireless Inc. has secured a significant $27 million contract with MTN Group to deploy 250 wireless infrastructure sites across Africa under a renewable five-year Network-As-A-Service agreement. This deal, part of a larger initiative, pushes NuRAN closer to their goal of 10,000 sites, aiming to enhance rural connectivity and create mutual growth opportunities. The project, which is structured on a revenue-sharing basis, will include 2G and 3G services and is expected to be funded through asset-based financing.
