Nuix Ltd. Director’s Shareholding Alters

Nuix Ltd. (AU:NXL) has released an update.

Nuix Limited has reported a change in the interests of Director Jonathan Rubinsztein as required by the listing rules. Rubinsztein’s direct interest has increased by 833,785 ordinary shares due to the vesting of performance rights, and the director now holds a total of 1,228,712 ordinary shares and 3,070,340 performance rights. No monetary consideration was involved in this change.
