Nuheara Limited has announced a new proposal to issue a total of 31,904,125 ordinary fully paid securities, alongside additional unquoted options exercisable at $0.11 each, set to expire 90 days from the issue date. The proposed issue date is slated for 12th April 2024 and is aimed at placements or other types of issues to raise capital.
