Nuchev Pty Ltd (AU:NUC) has released an update.
Nuchev Ltd has reported a significant change in the holdings of director Ben Dingle, who acquired 5,769,231 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.156 each, with no disposals reported. Following this transaction, Dingle’s direct and indirect interest includes 28,916,508 shares, with 8,937,172 of those shares in voluntary escrow until June 27, 2025. The purchase was part of the company’s Entitlement Offer as lodged with the ASX on May 20, 2024.
