Nuchev Limited has announced a non-renounceable entitlement offer aimed at raising $5.1 million before costs, by offering new shares to eligible shareholders at $0.156 each. The offer will maintain the voting power for shareholders who fully subscribe, with significant commitments already secured from the company’s major shareholders. The final capital structure will see an increase in total shares to approximately 122.7 million, assuming full subscription.
