Nubian Resources Ltd. has completed its previously announced private placement, securing $265,000 by issuing over 4.4 million units at $0.06 each, which includes a common share and a half warrant. Each full warrant allows the purchase of an additional share at $0.08 until June 2026, and finder’s fees were paid as part of the transaction.
