Nu-Med Plus ( (NUMD) ) has issued an update.
Nu-Med Plus, Inc. and YourSpace America, Inc. had a Share Exchange Agreement under which they would swap stocks, but the deal fell through because YourSpace failed to provide audited financial statements for 2023. Consequently, YourSpace terminated the acquisition agreement with Nu-Med on October 28, 2024.
