NTT UD REIT Announces Corporate Amendments and Director Elections

NTT UD REIT Investment Corporation (JP:8956) has released an update.

NTT UD REIT Investment Corporation has announced proposals for amendments to its Articles of Incorporation and directorial changes, to be voted on at the upcoming Thirteenth General Meeting of Unitholders. The amendments include stipulations on ‘total amount of investment and surplus’ as well as enabling the use of electronic signatures for board meeting minutes. The meeting will also address the election of one executive director and two supervisory directors, with the current directors submitting their resignations to synchronize their terms of office.
