Ntegrator Holdings Limited has received a requisition from shareholder Zheng Zeli, holding a 12.77% stake, to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) aimed at discussing the removal of Executive Director Han Meng Siew. The Board is seeking legal counsel regarding the requisition and will update shareholders on material developments as they review the request in compliance with Singapore’s Companies Act.
