Ntegrator Holdings Limited has announced the voluntary liquidation of its subsidiary, Fiber Reach Pte. Ltd., after the latter received a claim for unpaid dues amounting to S$115,030.08 and decided not to contest it. Despite Fiber Reach’s liquidation, the Board assures that the Group’s business operations and financial year projections will not be materially impacted. Shareholders have been advised to exercise caution and seek professional advice before dealing in the company’s securities.
