NRC Group ASA Schedules Extraordinary Meeting for Share Issuance

NRC Group ASA (NNRRF) has released an update.

NRC Group ASA has announced an extraordinary general meeting to be held virtually on October 2, 2024, to discuss a private placement of 80 million new shares at NOK 2.50 each, aiming to raise NOK 200 million in equity. The move requires shareholder approval to waive pre-emption rights and will also consider a subsequent ‘repair offering’ for existing shareholders not participating in the private placement. Shareholders must register by September 30, 2024, to attend the meeting, where they can vote on the issuance of shares and other agenda items.
