NowVertical Group Inc (TSE:NOW) has released an update.
NowVertical Group Inc. has reached an agreement with Acrotrend sellers to modify the payment obligations stemming from the prior acquisition. This new deal will reduce and defer NowVertical’s cash payments over the next two years, improving the company’s balance sheet and liquidity. The alignment of the interests of Acrotrend sellers with NowVertical shareholders is further reinforced by settling a significant portion of the earn-out consideration in company shares.
