NowVertical Group Inc. has announced the issuance of stock options and restricted share units as part of its annual compensation strategy, aiming to reward and incentivize its board and management team. Each stock option allows acquisition of a Class A subordinate voting share at $0.20, vesting over three years, with a five-year expiry. Similarly, the restricted share units will vest over the same period, with each vested unit convertible into a share or a cash equivalent.
