NOVONIX Ltd Sponsored ADR (NVX) has released an update.

NOVONIX Limited has announced the quotation of additional securities following the exercise of options and conversion of other convertible securities as of July 16, 2024. A total of 3,415,759 new ordinary fully paid shares will be quoted on the ASX under the code NVX. The issue also includes securities derived from an employee incentive scheme, with key management personnel participating.
