Novo Resources (TSE:NVO) has released an update.
Novo Resources Corp. has made a significant change in its financial oversight by appointing Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as its new auditor, replacing Ernst & Young, effective May 6, 2024. This transition, which was approved by the company’s Audit, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee and its Board of Directors, is in line with regulatory requirements and does not stem from any disagreements or issues with the previous auditor’s reports. Novo Resources continues to focus on gold exploration and securing value for its shareholders.
