Novo Resources Corp. has announced the resignation of Ross Hamilton from its board of directors and the completion of Lisa Smith’s tenure as Joint Company Secretary. Executive Co-Chairman Mike Spreadborough expressed gratitude for their contributions, including Hamilton’s role on the Sustainability Committee and Smith’s efforts in the Company’s ASX listing. Novo Resources continues its gold exploration focus in Western Australia and Victoria, advancing its flagship Egina Gold Camp and other significant projects.
