NOVIQTECH LIMITED has announced the application for quotation of new securities on the ASX, set to be issued on July 5, 2024. Peak Asset Management will receive a fee of $42,000 in NVQ shares for the capital raised, with 763,800 additional shares to be quoted. The move is part of the company’s capital raising efforts and will see a total of 1,050,000 ordinary fully paid shares quoted under the ASX code NVQ.
