Novanta Announces Board Changes and Director Compensation

Novanta (NOVT) has provided an update.

Katherine A. Owen stepped down from Novanta Inc.’s Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, a move not prompted by any disputes with the company. Mary Kay Ladone was appointed to fill the vacancy, with her compensation including a prorated annual cash retainer and equity award in line with Novanta’s policy for non-employee directors. Ladone will also sign the company’s standard indemnification agreement for directors and officers.
