Nova Pacific Metals has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising over $2.6 million through the issuance of flow-through shares to fund its 2025 exploration program. The capital will support the company’s drill campaign aimed at updating the mineral resource estimate for the Lara project in British Columbia.
