Nova Minerals Expands Share Offerings Amid Exploration Updates

Nova Minerals (AU:NVA) has released an update.

Nova Minerals Limited has issued 803,100 fully paid shares and 13,385 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) on NASDAQ, with each ADS representing 60 ordinary shares. This move follows the exercise of US Warrants and is covered under a secondary trading exemption, allowing the shares to be on-sold without disclosure. The company is also awaiting assay results from its recent exploration program, which will be released upon completion.
