NOV Inc. has appointed Patricia Martinez as a director, effective from March 6, 2024, until the next annual stockholders’ meeting. Bringing extensive experience from her former roles in energy and oil companies, such as Enerflex Ltd. and Shell Oil Products, Martinez will serve on the NOV Inc. Board’s Audit Committee and receive the standard non-employee director compensation. Her addition expands the Board to ten directors, with nine being independent. Her appointment aims to leverage her rich industry background as NOV Inc. continues to navigate the financial landscape.
