Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (NMG) has successfully completed private placements with Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and Pallinghurst Bond Limited, securing a total investment of US$37.5 million. This capital boost is aimed at advancing NMG’s commitment to providing carbon-neutral anode material for electric vehicles and renewable energy storage systems, cementing its position as a potential key supplier in the clean energy sector. NMG is focused on developing a complete graphite-based active anode material supply chain in Québec, Canada, with strong ESG standards and traceable supply chain practices.
