Norwegian Cruise Line Shareholders Approve Key Proposals

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH) has shared an update.

At Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.’s Annual Meeting, a significant 75.16% of the voting power was represented, resulting in the approval of all four key proposals. Shareholders elected two Class II directors, endorsed executive compensation on an advisory basis, approved an amendment to increase shares for the 2013 Performance Incentive Plan, and ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company’s independent auditor for 2024, confirming the auditor’s remuneration as well.
