Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. announces the resignation of Mr. Russell Galbut from the Board of Directors and his position as Chairperson, effective August 12, 2024. His departure is amicable, with no disagreements over the company’s operations, policies, or practices. The company expresses gratitude for Mr. Galbut’s contributions and names Ms. Stella David as the new Chairperson of the Board starting on the same date.
