NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT (TSE:NWH.UN) has released an update.
NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT has declared a monthly distribution of $0.03 per unit for June 2024, which annualizes to $0.36 per unit, payable to unitholders on the record by June 28, 2024. The REIT, which owns and operates a diverse portfolio of healthcare real estate across global markets, also offers a DRIP that includes a 3% bonus in Trust Units for reinvested distributions. With a portfolio of 210 properties and 17.4 million square feet of space, NorthWest serves as a long-term partner to healthcare operators internationally.
