NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT has declared an August 2024 distribution of $0.03 per unit, amounting to an annualized distribution of $0.36 per unit. Payable on September 13, 2024, the REIT also offers a DRIP program, where unitholders can reinvest their distributions and receive a 3% bonus in additional Trust Units.
