Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT has appointed Stephanie Karamarkovic as its new CFO, succeeding interim CFO Karen Martin, effective April 15, 2024. Karamarkovic, with a strong financial background including a previous VP role at Northwest and experience at Granite REIT, is expected to enhance the company’s financial strategies and operations globally. The REIT, which owns a diverse portfolio of healthcare real estate, also expressed gratitude to Martin for her significant contributions during her interim tenure.
