Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT has declared a monthly distribution of $0.03 per unit for May 2024, which annualizes to $0.36 per unit, payable to unitholders on record by May 31, 2024. The REIT also offers a DRIP that allows unitholders to reinvest their cash distributions in additional Trust Units with a 3% bonus. Northwest is a global owner and operator of healthcare real estate, with a portfolio spanning North America, Brazil, Europe, and Australasia.
