Grant Sawiak has resigned from his position as a director and Chair of NorthWest Copper Corp., citing unresolved strategic differences with the board and inappropriate pressures from certain shareholders. Sawiak expressed concern that the company’s potential for success and shareholder value maximization might be compromised. NorthWest Copper is known for its significant copper-gold exploration projects in British Columbia and is poised to capitalize on the robust copper market.
