NorthWest Copper Corp. has appointed Harry Burgess as Technical Advisor and Jim Steel as Chair of the Audit Committee, amidst a broader board restructuring including the search for a new CEO and the resignations of directors Braam Jonker and John Theobald. The company, which is engaged in advancing copper-gold projects in British Columbia, aims to continue its development with a focus on technical strategy and financial planning to align with shareholder and community interests. NorthWest Copper will update the market as it progresses, with its Annual General Meeting scheduled for July 25, 2024.
