Northwest Copper (TSE:NWST) has released an update.
NorthWest Copper announced the affirmative results of its Annual General Meeting where shareholders backed all proposed resolutions, re-elected three directors and welcomed a new one to the board. Additionally, they ratified the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditors and re-approved the company’s Equity Incentive Plan. The meeting saw a substantial turnout with 39% of the company’s shares represented.
