Northstar Secures $14 Million for Future Growth

Northstar Clean Technologies, Inc. (TSE:ROOF) has released an update.

Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. has entered a $14.0 million financing agreement with CVW CleanTech, which will bolster Northstar’s growth and add new future financing options. The deal includes a secured convertible debenture, offering potential revenue royalties from two upcoming Northstar facilities.
