Northstar Clean Technologies Inc. has announced significant progress in the first quarter of 2024, including a strategic five-year supply agreement with IKO Industries for asphalt shingles and the closing of a successful private placement raising over $3.6 million. Capital investment in the Empower Calgary Facility has surged by 67%, reaching $4.4 million, as the company gears up for commencing commissioning by year-end. Additionally, Northstar is planning its expansion into the U.S. market with a new facility anticipated near TAMKO’s Maryland location in 2025.
