In a recent update, Northern Star Resources Limited disclosed a change in director Stuart Peter Tonkin’s financial interest, where he sold 35,000 ordinary shares at an average price of $14.3286 per share through an on-market trade. The transaction, conducted on May 31, 2024, was aimed at meeting future tax obligations. Post-sale, Tonkin’s direct interest in the company’s shares decreased to 125,000 from 160,000.
